Schultz's Serene Shores on Dam Lake in Eagle River, WI, offers four season lodging in 6 private homes for warm weather fun or snowmobiling in the Snowmobile Capital of the World just Southwest of downtown Eagle River on the Sugar Camp Chain of Lakes. The Sugar Camp Chain of 5 lakes which totals 2300 acres of navigable water is in the American Legion State Forest and consists of Dam Lake, Sand Lake,
Stone Lake, Echo Lake and Chain Lake. If you are looking for privacy away from a resort setting each of our homes is located in it's own unique location on it's own property. We offer 4 homes on Dam Lake and 2 homes on Chain Lake. Each home has it's own private pier and 3 homes include a free 14' boat and motor, and the other 3 a 14' boat only. Winter lodging is ideal for snowmobilers who prefer privacy and returning to a quiet peaceful setting after a long day on the trails or would also like to enjoy some ice fishing, cross country skiing, downhill skiing or snowshoeing. Snowmobile from your door onto hundreds of miles of the best groomed and marked trails in the country, as the Eagle River Headwaters Trail, the St. Germain Bo-Boen trail and Sugar Camp trail all merge at Dam Lake. If you don't own snowmobiles, we have a list of rental agencies in the area and some will deliver right to the house. Also, check for details on our long-term reduced Winter rental rate. Leave your trailers, sleds and gear. Take away the hassle of trailering in the Winter and make our home your home for the Winter. Share the cost with friends or family to make it even more cost efficient. We also have a heated garage available for any necessary repairs. |

All homes have fully equipped kitchens, private piers, free 14' boat and motor at 3, free 14' boat at the other 3. Bedroom and kitchen linens are supplied.
