Just off a breathtaking valley road, midway between Warm Springs and Monterey, Virginia, you'll find Bolar Run Retreat. Visit one of our log cabins and you'll find all the comforts of home in the pristine and awesome beauty of the Allegheny Mountains.
Whether you enjoy fly-fishing in the Jackson or the Bullpasture Rivers, hiking or mountain biking, soaking in the mineral baths, playing golf, or simply relaxing in our deluxe cabins, you will experience a vacation to remember at Bolar Run Retreat.
We offer two cabins that are beautifully furnished and have gas fireplaces. Maple Cabin is a cozy two-bedroom cabin with a full bath and galley kitchen. Rate details
Daily Rate: (based on double occupancy)
Maple: $165 per night
Spruce: $195 per night
Contact us for reduced rates beyond a 3-night stay.
Additional Guest Fees:
$20/Night Each Additional Child 16 and under
$30/Night Each Additional Adult
Each cabin will sleep four people. Children must be supervised at all times.
Please note: Charges for excessive housekeeping services, damage to property, and violation of policies will apply at our discretion. All rates are subject to a 4.5% sales tax.
Deposits Required:
A deposit of half the amount for the full stay or one night's fee, whichever is larger, is required within 10 days of your request in order to hold your reservation. Balances are due at check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of 30 days cancellation notice to be able to provide you a full refund of your deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made after 30 days of your reservation request will be considered individually and are likely to billed in full.
Arrival & Departure:
You are welcome to check in at or after 3:00 p.m. Let us know of your approximate arrival time so we can arrange for you to get the key and other information. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
Smoking:
No smoking is allowed inside the cabins. We prefer that you do not smoke on the premises. Absolutely no smoking in the wooded areas.
