Description
This is one awesome spot! Your cabin is located alongside meandering Persimmon Creek in the Smoky Mountains of Cherokee County, North Carolina. The 2 bedroom/2 bath creek front rental cabin is clean and comfortable. All amenities are included to make your stay a relaxing and memorable experience.
The cabin is set on 3.5 wooded acres that encompass both sides of Persimmon Creek. An abandoned logging road once called "Loving Road" runs along the back of the property and parallels the creek. The logging road is great for hiking and makes for easy exploring all the way into the community park, where two creeks converge with small waterfalls.
The creek is great for the kids to splash, swim and explore. There are several pools along the creek that hold small trout. A campfire circle is available for our guests to enjoy and is tucked away in the hemlock pine grove next to the house--just bring the marshmallows!

* 1.5 hours from Chatanooga, Tennessee
* 1.5 hours Knoxville, Tennessee
* The cabin is private and secluded, yet is conveniently located near the town of Murphy. Here along the quaint main street and square you will find many cafes, restaurants, and shops. The town is reminiscent of days gone by and is a great place to walk around. On the outskirts of town you will find a variety of grocery stores, home improvement stores, and too many other retail outlets to list.
