Description
Just 5 miles outside of the village of Lake George and in the cool, clear Adirondack Mountains, away from the main highways, you will find a group of secluded lake front cottages nestled in the tall cool pines of the north country. With 721 feet of shoreline, the Hide-A-Way provides a perfect place to hide-a-way and relax with a blend of peace and activity to share with your family. At the Hide-A-Way, you can relax on our private sandy beach, row a boat, paddle a canoe or catch a fish without the interference of motorized boats. Ping-pong, badminton, volleyball, horseshoes and swings are all available for those more active moments. Enjoy the crisp mountain air as you cook out over your private outside grill and eat at the picnic table provided for your cottage. The cool clear evenings are a great time to build a fire in one of the outdoor fireplaces and chat with friends and family.
All of our clean cottages have the many modern conveniences you would expect to include microwaves, coffee makers, dishes and fresh weekly bedding. Many of our cottages have 25" TV/VCR with cable sevice. |
