Description
Welcome to your home away from home in the mountains! Our duplex mountain home is beautifully furnished and is loaded with amenities. With 1820 sq feet, 3BR, 3 BA and sleeping up to 10, it is perfect for a large family, 2 families or other groups. Pet friendly with prior approval and nominal pet fee.
The duplex is located in Wildernest, a quiet residential part of Silverthorne -- nestled among lodge pole pines -- which is centrally located in Summit County and convenient to Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge, Lake Dillon, A-Basin. Outlet shopping is 5 minutes away and the duplex is a block away to a free shuttle bus that goes to the ski resorts. Beautiful National Forest trails are a short 5 min walk away.
Enjoy the mountain view while sitting in front of the toasty fireplace. The house features an open, spacious floor plan, jet tub & steam shower in master bath, great deck and BBQ grill, TVs/VCR/DVD/CD player, 2 car garage, full size washer/dryer and fully loaded kitchen with tons of appliances and cookware.
Enjoy space and privacy. The house has two levels so you can spread out and enjoy your space. A master bedroom with queen bed, computer and TV is on the main level, adjacent to the kitchen. The master bath has a jettub, steam shower and his n' hers sinks.
A pull-out queen sofa sleep in the family room accommodates 2 more on the main level and there is a bathroom with shower off the dining area.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor level -- one with a queen bed and sink, the other with 2 bunk bed (4 beds), which is great for kids. These bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bathroom with tub and shower. All linens are provided (and bedrooms have soft sateen sheets!)
