Cooking in the fully equipped kitchen is a pleasure as you enjoy the scenery. While also possessing spectacular views the three bedrooms and baths retain the utmost in privacy. One bedroom has a loft bed and player piano. The second bedroom has a flotation bed, small library and glass door leading out to the deck and hot tub. The upstairs master bedroom with large lookout windows has a large dressing room and bath with two separate sinks and a tub/shower with views over Hare Creek Bay to the southwest. The house is heated with radiant floor heating and a free standing fireplace for ambiance in the vaulted living area.
Aside from the fabulous view, the living room provides for all your entertainment needs with cable television, VCR, stereo CD player with tuner.
The spa hot tub seats six persons comfortably while enjoying the view and there is a cement BBQ'ing area for a special cookout. Seashine's exterior is ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The building's layout enables you to be outside even if it's breezy, for the South-facing decks shield you from the wind. This is a house you will always want to come 'home' to. |
